Welcome to register to the 10th Scandinavian conference on Industrial Engineering and Management.

Registration fees, on-site

Standard fee

3 000 SEK

PhD Student fee 2 000 SEK
Exhibitor, includes 1 free admission
8 000 SEK

All prices above are excluding VAT (taxes). 25% VAT will be added before payment.

The standard and PhD Student registration fees, onsite, include access to all all sessions of the conference, as well as lunches, refreshments and dinners according to the conference programme.

The exhibitor registration fee includes one (1) table for exhibition material in the exhibition area and access to the conference as well as lunches, refreshments and dinners according to the conference program for one (1) representative.
The link to register the free exhibitor representative will be sent after the completed exhibitor registration.

The registration fee must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Exchange rates may vary. To see current exchange rates, please ask your bank, or visit a web-based currency converter, for example, oanda.com, x-rates.com, or your choice of bank or converter service.

Registration to the conference will close on 30 September 2022.

Swedish participants

Swedish participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoices to Swedish organizations will be sent as an electronic invoice (e-faktura) if possible.

Participants from outside Sweden

All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).

Invoice

When choosing ‘International bank transfer’ in the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

Information about payment with credit card

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.

For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D Secure system for ensuring the security of payments made through the internet. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected to one of these advanced security payment programs, and if not already, how it can be connected.

According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees stated above.

This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.

Cancellation rules for delegates

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 9 October 2022 up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 750 SEK. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be made for notification of cancellations received after 9 October 2022, nor for no-shows for any reason.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, a colleague can take your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible.

Cancellation rules for exhibitors

Cancellation 
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation for exhibition will be accepted until 9 October 2022 up to which date 50% of the total amount of the exhibition fee will be refunded. We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 9 October 2022.
